Mary John Frank is a director and choreographer whose work spans film, music videos, and live and immersive performance, someone whose range I've genuinely admired. This portfolio needed to do one thing well: let her work speak clearly and immediately, without getting in its own way. The goal was a site that felt as intentional and confident as her direction: clean, easy to navigate, and built to let people land, see the range of her work at a glance, and come away wanting to reach out.
The Result
The site is organized around the way she actually works: Reels, Videos, and Immersive each get their own space, so visitors can move straight to the format they're curious about instead of digging through one long feed. Navigation stays minimal and unobtrusive, letting the work carry the visual weight instead of the interface. Every path on the site leads naturally toward one thing: getting in touch, so admiring the work and starting a conversation about it feels like the same motion.
